Because they were demanding I pay more due to their internal error, I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in this conversation with customer service to demand they honor our initial agreement. Customer: I need an explanation for why the price of the custom dress went up significantly this week. We agreed on the original quote a month ago, and you already had the detailed video reference. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the abrupt change in the final quoted amount, and I completely understand your frustration.
